All current members of the club should have received an email with information regarding the AGM on Sunday 22 November. Full notice of this can be read in Chairman’s letter to the members.
This will take place at the club at 2pm – if you plan to attend please ensure you RSVP. If you want to raise any proposals to be voted on these can be submitted via the proposals form. A single/family membership counts as one vote and all proposals will require seconding by another member to be voted on.
The track will be closed from 2pm on Sunday to allow the AGM to take place.
