The club will be holding the annual prizing and AGM at the clubhouse for 2021.

This will take place on Sunday November 28th, starting at 12pm. Complimentary soup, sandwiches and a sweet will be served with the prize giving starting at 1pm. If you intend to attend please RSVP no later than Sunday November 14. If you don’t RSVP we can’t guarantee that you will get fed. All members and BDOC season contenders are welcome, including our hire kart contenders. To RSVP complete the form at the bottom of this page.

The trophy presentation will run from 1-2pm. This seasons winners trophies were donated by Ryan Sharp from his personal collection. Some of which have been won whilst competing at tracks such as Hockenheim.

Following the presentation the club will hold its Annual General Meeting from 2pm. This meeting is the member’s opportunity to propose and vote how they’d like to see the club run going forward. The 2022 committee will also be voted so it’s your opportunity to get involved with the club. If you’d like more information on the positions please get in touch with the club secretary – If you have any proposals to put forward we’d ask that you email these to ahead of the evening to assist with the running of the AGM. Proposals can be made on the day. To attend the AGM you must hold a current GKC membership.
